As each client's needs are unique, we do not publish rates on our website. New clients will complete a virtual chat consultation to ensure a fair and negotiable quote is given time and time again.

 

Monthly Retainer Packages, Pay-As-You-Go or Special Project Rates
 

RA Lifestyle Management strives to provide our clients with the most cost effective payment options without negotiating on quality.

The following payment options are available:

  • Monthly retainer packages, pay-as-you-go as well as special projects

  • Two (2) hour minimum payment for all services

  • First-time clients will receive a free, one (15) minute consultation

  • All work packages will require a signed service agreement and a 25% deposit due before project work begins. Each deposit amount will vary per project and all deposits are non-refundable

  • RA Lifestyle Management reserves the right to refuse any work request(s) where a client fails to make payment on the first or subsequent order(s)

 

Retainer Option

With retainer options, (you) the client pays in advance to reserve a specified number of hours which guarantees a discounted hourly rate and a set amount of time blocked in advance. The discounted hourly rate is based on the number of hours you choose. Please note that these hours are reserved for your exclusive use only.

Retainer options are used for those clients who plan utilize RA Lifestyle Management on an ongoing basis and require a set amount of hours each month. Retainers can also be used when you need RA Lifestyle Management to perform a variety of different tasks

  • You will receive advance notice when your retainer hours reach two (2) hours remaining

  • Retainer packages are sold in 3-month and 5-month contract periods

  • Retainer fees must be paid in full before new services begin

*All clients on a retainer agree to a minimum 3-month agreement and a minimum of 7 hours per month with a 30-day cancellation notice. All retainer payments are due in advance. The hours do not roll over to the following month.

 

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

Not too sure how much time you will need for your next project? Maybe you know you'll need ongoing support but you're not sure how often or for how long.  The pay-as-you-go option is a simple yet cost-effective way to ensure that you know ahead of time how much you will be spending while guaranteeing that you will receive the support you need.

  • Pay-as-you-go can be purchased in any amount you choose, with a two (3) hour minimum payment upfront

  • Pay-as-you-go is valid for six (3) months from the date of contract execution,

  • You will receive advance notice when your pay-as-you-go reaches one (1) hour remaining

  • Additional pay-as-you-go can be purchased as needed with a two (2) hour minimum
